Moony description
A versatile ISDN Call Monitor, Answering machine and Fax
(send/receive)
Moony is a useful and reliable ISDN call monitor program. The basic
purpose is to show the phone number (and names) for incoming
calls.
Other highlights are telephone answering machine, fax (send and
receive), SMS notification and network support.
The display of calls is done in a call history window and in a
small popup window which is shown while the call comes in.
Moony supports multiple phone numbers (MSNs), lists of known
callers (to show the name instead of the phone numbers), area code
support (e.g. telling you where a caller comes from).
Moony also supports sound files, which means that you
can play different sounds depending on who is calling and which
number is called.
This can go as far as the program saying "Hey Harry there is a
call from Sally".
Here are some key features of
"Moony":
· Shows incoming calls in a small popup window with user
defined text, color and font
· Shows type (voice, fax, data) and state of call
(ringing, missed or answered)
· Shows descriptions for countries and area codes via
user defined list (German and U.S. area codes are already
included)
· Map names to own phone numbers and show calls to own
numbers in different colors
· Option to play sounds for calls to own numbers
· Map names to known callers
· Option to map names to known callers and to to known
callers
· Option to map names to known callers and to show
special om known callers
· Allows to call back via Windows phone dialer
· Allows to execute a program for incoming calls
· Allows to send call information to German cellular
phones (SMS)
· Logs all incoming calls in list window
