EZPZ Residential Care Manager description
A computer accounting system for owners and managers of Residential
Care Homes and Residential Nursing Homes.
The EZPZ Residential Care Manager application was designed to be a
computer accounting system for owners and managers of Residential
Care Homes and Residential Nursing Homes. The additional features
such are the calculation of fee charges over user-defined periods
and from multiple funding sources
Here are some key features of "EZPZ Residential Care
Manager":
· Occupancy calculator
· Contact records
· Create your own form letters
· Create your own address labels
· Export data for use in spreadsheets and other
software
· On-line help system
· EZPZ Residential Care Manager was written using
Microsoft Visual FoxPro V7.0 and is designed to run on any
standalone PC using any version of Windows including Windows 2000
Professional and Windows XP.
· EZPZ Residential Care Manager may also be run on any
Windows-based LAN with your data residing on the file server and a
copy of the software on each workstation you wish to access the
data from. To use the software on a LAN you will need one licence
for each workstation. Additional licences are charged at a rate of
50% of the program price. A copy of the program is not required for
the file server.
Requirements:
· a mouse
· Microsoft Word installed on your system if you want to
print tenancy documents
· 64 Mb RAM. 128 Mb RAM is recommended if you want to
print tenancy documents via Microsoft Word.
· Approximately 30 Mb free space on your hard drive for
the program, plus additional space for your data
· Microsoft Visual FoxPro support library
Limitations:
· The evaluation version has all the features of the
registered version but will limit you to the creation of 10
property records and will last for 30 days.
