AM-Notebook is a smart, flexible, multi-featured tabbed notebook that provides an easy and reliable way to save notes and spreadsheets in a light weight tray icon tool.
The lots of text formatting features will allow you to create clear and well designed notes and formula supported spreadsheets. The notes can be stored at different locations and also be shared in a network.
Other nice features are the integrated alarm clock and the address book.
