A harmonograph is a mechanical device that employs pendulums to create a picture called a harmonogram. This application simulates the mechanical device on a computer, so you can create them at home without having to build one.
You may also easily experiment with different settings in the Settings dialog or choose Random to create random harmonograms.
Moreover, you can save and load harmonogram settings using the File menu. Note that if you play it online you won't be able to save or load harmonogram settings because of security limitations.
NOTE: You need Java Runtime Environment (JRE) version 1.2 or later to run this application.
