3ami Monitoring & Audit System (MAS)is a software for continuously monitoring your employees activity and tracking changes to hardware and software throughout your organisation. MAS will capture and securely store all user activity, not just on the Internet but in every application, including Word, Messenger, Outlook, Lotus Notes etc.
Whether you are Corporate or Government user, MAS helps to ensure you are compliant by keeping a protective eye on your employees, IT assets and Intellectual Property.
MAS Enterprise also offers an in-built SQL database that is able to produce detailed forensic information and management reports on almost everything that your users do on your network!
From a simple network roll-out, MAS operates on all client workstations, laptops and terminal servers recording all user activity such as the applications opened, text typed, email sent and received, documents opened, websites visited, printing, file copying to removable devices.
Together with a comprehensive Hardware and Software Audit, the encrypted information will be stored in a central (or multiple) secure location(s).
