Multi FASTA to FASTA Converter description
An easy-to-use tool that will help you splt your FASTA files into
several parts.
This handy program will split a multi-FASTA file in multiple
standard FASTA files. Furthermore, the output file can be
automatically saved on your hard disk in the same folder as the
source files.
Start the program, and locate the folder that contains your
multi-FASTA files. Choose how you want to name the resulted files.
Press the 'Start' button. The resulted FASTA file will be saved
in the same folder where the input files are located OR if you
checked the 'Create sub-folder' checkbox, a new sub-folder will
be created in the current folder and the resulted FASTA files will
be saved in this folder.
