Data backup software is one of the most important pieces of your
computer system. If configured properly, it can preserve the vital,

When ION is running it connects to one of the servers within
the Universe Point Monitoring Center. During a backup or transfer
procedure any error messages or alerts that are raised are sent to
the server. The message will contain the type of alert, the alert

A monitoring technician will then receive the alert along with
all of your customer and contact information. The technician
will then contact you within the next business day to notify you of
the alert.
