Gmail News: Multiple Attachments And Title Tweaks
Gmail service shows new updates or features frequently. Recently, two new features have been implemented for this popular web based email service: Title Tweaks in Gmail Labs and the possibility to simultaneously add multiple files as attachments of a single message. These Gmail enhancements will help you save more time for other tasks during your web browsing sessions.
The Title Tweaks experiment of Gmail Labs has appeared as a necessity for quick viewing the current state of an Inbox associated with a valid account, even the corresponding web browser window or tab is not active. As a consequence, by enabling this feature via the Settings area, you will be automatically noticed if new messages have arrived in the Inbox.
The Title Tweaks feature will change the order of web page (respectively tab) title elements, therefore the user will be announced how many unread emails exist into the Inbox. This addition to Gmail service eliminates the need to manually check for a new email messages arrival.
With the enabling of simultaneous uploading of multiple files in a single message, you will do not have to archive various files before sending an email, because now Gmail permits the selection and the attachment of an unlimited number of files contained in the same folder.
All the selected files will be automatically attached to the message with a single mouse click. The uploading process of each of the file is shown by a progress bar.
