Visual Studio 2010 will have the role to increase productivity and to reduce the product development cycles, therefore developers will enjoy the benefits of an advanced solution which enables them to create applications of high quality in less time and with minimum effort.

The new capabilities of Visual Studio 2010 will allow a better collaboration between software building team members during the product life cycles. According to a MSDN blog, Visual Studio 2010 Beta 1 is available for the MSDN subscribers starting with Monday May 18th through MSDN Subscriber Downloads and to the general public on Wednesday, May 20th through Microsoft Downloads.
