New Google Logos Were Unveiled
Google products and services are widely used across all over the Internet space. Recently, Google has implemented a new type of logos at the top of web pages corresponding to various services offered, such as Google Labs, Google Moderator and Google Code. The new logos design has the role to give a fresh look to the Google brand and to improve the consistency and the implementation across all the international domains. New Google logos contain the name of the product in simple blue lowercase type.
In the past, Google logos had different sizes on many web pages where it was published. Now, with the new design concept, Google logos will have a standard size and color across all the Google websites.
On Google Official Blog, Marissa Mayer, Vice President of Search Products and User Experience, and Jamie Divine, Senior Visual Designer explain the benefits of the new Google logo design: “This should make it easier for you to recognize which site you are on and navigate to wherever you want to go. They are also consistent across all our international domains, which is especially helpful for people using right-to-left languages such as Arabic and Hebrew.”
This logos change will streamline the overall experience of Google users. In the next weeks, Google plans to roll out the new logos for Google Maps, Google News, Google Docs and more Google websites.
