Tweetdeck: The iPhone App And Beta Version Of Desktop Client Was Launched
Tweetdeck, the free software which allows you to stay in touch with your Twitter and Facebook friends from the comfort of computer desktop, was updated to a newer version. In the same time, Tweetdeck was also launched as an iPhone App. TweetDeck for iPhone is ready to download free on the Apple App Store. The desktop version of Tweetdeck has many new features, being more flexible and easier to use.
TweetDeck columns, groups and saved searches can be easily synchronized with your iPhone, because the new desktop version of the software provides the Sync feature. It permits you to also backup the current settings if the computer crashes.
The support for multiple accounts removed the need to switch between them, as compared with the previous Tweetdeck version. Now, you are allowed to cross-post tweets to all of your Twitter accounts in the same time, both on the computer, as well as on your iPhone.
Besides the removal of 10 columns limit and the introduction of local trends, TweetDeck will also offer you the following main features:
-Conversation window, which allows you to view an entire dialog all at once.

-Smart filter – Start typing a username to find a person and add them to a group quickly and easily.
-RE (In reference to) tweets – Easily comment on a discussion.
Tweetdeck is ready for free download from tweetdeck.com website. It requires Adobe AIR, which will be automatically be installed when you download Tweetdeck for the first time.
