LightNEasy: An Intuitive Content Management System
When you need to quickly build a small website, many of the existing free content management systems could have more customization options than needed, and as a consequence they are harder to setup. LightNEasy is a lightweight PHP content management system with a minimum amount of configuration parameters. Practically, without having HTML or PHP knowledge, you are allowed to rapidly deploy a simple website with ten or twenty pages in no time. The pages structure is compliant with the requirements of main SEO principles, therefore the website will be correctly indexed by the search engine spiders.
Besides the fact that LightNEasy is a content management system, it has also the role of website builder: an entire set of HTML (PHP) pages will be automatically created through the administration area with the help of a friendly graphical user interface.
LightNEasy web based application will generate fast loading pages and every time you will edit, add or remove a page from the website, the navigation menu structure will be automatically updated.
The website appearance can be customized by altering the template HTML and CSS code. You are allowed to easily transform any HTML page into a LightNEasy template by saving it as template.php and adding special markers, which have the role to define the place where the content will be inserted.
On the other hand the custom CSS code included into style.css file will determine the structure of the website layout. LightNEasy main features can be also extended through plugins.
