Adds a default title for when a page's title is blank. This is necessary for the wicked new Firefox extension, MyStickies, which currently appears to require a title.

Adds a default title for when a page's title is blank. This is necessary for the Firefox extension MyStickies, which currently (Feb 2006) appears to require a title. Presumably, this will be fixed in a future release of MyStickies, but the BlankTitleFixer script is still useful.
