Ctrl+Enter Submits

Allows submitting on Ctrl+Enter in any input and textarea
This script allows submitting of web forms with simple Ctrl+Enter. My email client does so, my IM client too. So this add a little consistency to my desktop :). Now works with GMail.
It adds some Unicode beauty to the text submitted:
* proper quotes.
* (c) => ©
* (r) => ®
* (tm) => ™
* ... => …
* uses n-dash and m-dash
Also, understands wiki styling:
- **word** => word
- //word// => word
- --word-- => <s>word</s>
- __word__ => <u>word</u>
