Expands nested Live discussion threads in place, on LiveJournal.

Originally by Tim Babych. I modified it slightly to add an "Unfold all" option as well as get rid of some errors.

The "Unfold all" option should appear next to the "Post a new comment" link.

Don't forget to uninstall Tim's original script if you install this one.
