Adds a collapse button to the header of each entry. The button collapses and uncollapses the body of the entry. Useful for hiding posts you've already read, boring posts, or quickly hiding NSFW posts. Unfortunately all entries are uncollapsed again on reload since it currently doesn't have a way to store the state, which is something I plan on trying to fix later.
Note: as mentioned in the comments this script doesn't work for all layouts. It works fine on my layout (S2 "A Sturdy Gesture"), but I haven't had time to figure out how to get it working across all layouts. If someone wants the take this over and do me one better that would be great because it's really a nice function.
