NRG (Maariv) Talkbacks

Remove all talkbacks from NRG (Maariv) site
This script removes the talkbacks from NRG Hebrew news website at www.nrg.co.il (aka Ma'ariv). i.e. You won't see any talkbacks, nor will be able to write your own. This wasn't thoroughly tested, and there's no copyright.
*Note:* Last I've seen, my script does exactly the same as Ran Yaniv Hartstein's, so you can use either one. (This similarity between the scripts is, for the best of my knowledge, coincidental. Probably NRG's page structure lends itself to a certain analysis.)
