Navigate directly with TerraServer's formatted print page.
The Microsoft TerraServer web site offers a decent navigator, and the option to print maps and images from a formatted page. The formatted page does not allow you to easily navigate to adjust the image.
This user script provides N/E/W/S navigation, zoom in/out, and toggle between photo and topographic map images directly on the formatted page.
It's much easier than editing the URL character-by-character.
