Add a button to enable instant flickr CBIR and tag search for any JPG you come across.
UFIS! is a greasemonkey script for firefox that marks all JPG images you come across with a small button-image: !http://www.khm.de/~lscherff/ufis/ufis.gif!
By clicking it images similar to the marked image will be searched and retrieved from flickr. Results are displayed in your current browser window (thanks to AJAX).
Two forms of “similarity†are considered:
Alt-texts and filenames are used to query flickr tags via the flickr API.
Algorithmic similarity between images is queried using retrievr.
