Selects the first item labeled "HÃƒÂ¥llplats" in the drop-down boxes after a search and puts focus on the submit button. Also tweaks tab-indicies a little.

After a search on vasttrafik.se the drop-down boxes normally start off at an empty element. This script selects the first occurence of a "HÃƒÂ¥llplats" entry, or if one cannot be found, the second entry in the box. Focus is moved to the form's submit button and tab-indicies are entered for a few controls.
