Properly repositions the toolbar on wheresgeorge.com if you have the banner ads blocked.

If you have an ad-blocker that removes the empty space left by the banner ads, everything is repositioned except for the site's navigation bar, which is lower on the page than it should be. This script restores it to its proper position.
