Adds information to the building page in inselkampf

Current version: 0.2.1
Features:

Displays times that each building will be ready to build.
Highlights which resource each building is lacking most
Displays the time each resource will fill the store house

In Progress:
• Add a row for totals on the island list page.

Known bugs:
• -(none)-
Please let me know if you find any bugs or if you think the script could use something more.
