Some issues and restrictions:
I'm not affiliated with meebo. This is a hack script, that may or may not work for you.
Right to left only works from the pop-out window. The inline window, hoever, may display sent message correctly even after the pop-out window is "poped-in".
Mixed Hebrew and English sent to meebo from other chat clients usually works as expected. Messages sent from meebo to some of the other chat clients may not display correctly. MSN Messenger for Windows is an example, although MSN Messenger for Mac OS X works great in both directions.
Some chat clients may display (almost invisible) directional markers before and after each message.
