Corrects external links on BBC 606 message boards

"BBC 606":http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/mb606/ board doesn't allow to post external links, so when someone does it, link looks like:

http://www.bbc.co.uk/go/dna/mb606/F2241572/ext/...

This script will make it clickable:
